In 2020, Hervé has launched portu.gallery, a pictorial news website showing “Positive Portugal” and gathering multimedia content promoting the country. His photos and videos has been downloaded by thousands and viewed more than 5 million times.
He last served as Chief Public Relations Officer at Front Page Communication in Beirut. In this role, he regularly organized international events, designed communication plans and ran media coverage for key customers.
Previously, the Operation Manager of a top Country Club in Lebanon, Hervé used his problem-solving skills to manage mega events on daily basis for hundreds of customers.
He also developed his creative approach while managing the projects of a famous Interior Design Architecture Office in the Middle East.
Deeply involved in Community Service, Piglowski has served during ten years in Rotaract Club Service as the Chairman of Rotaract France, Andorra and Monaco and also as a valued member of the Rotary International Rotaract Committee.
In 2003, he cofounded the "Organisation Rotaract de la Francophonie" to bring together francophone clubs in the world and make the youth experience amazing cultural exchanges.
Born in the south of France, Hervé is passionate about culture and diversity, and he loves sharing around him his fascination for his adoptive countries: Beautiful Portugal & Lebanon.
